Pleasantly surprised by the token of gratitude Guss Hiddink bid the team goodbye though many believe that he would still be involved with the team in some manner or another. A man that was able to deliver results that were considered impossible by the world, Guss Hiddink is a formidable and well-respected name in the football world.

Born in 1946 in Netherlands, Guss Hiddink is a Dutch manager who had played professional football himself. Tuned to understand and implement fine nuances that play a vital role in determining the victor, Guss Hiddink is well-versed with every aspect of football. Leading South Korea and Netherlands into a fourth place finish in the 2002 and 1998 FIFA world cup respectively, driving Russia to the semi-finals of the Euro 2008 and finally resurrecting the ebbing ranking of Chelsea by assisting them in winning the FA Cup in 2009, Guss Hiddink has performed remarkable feats ensuring that he will go down in history as the coach the made an impossible task, achievable.
